What to expect

Barre is a full-body, muscle endurance workout, typically broken into different sections that focus on major muscle groups including the arms, legs, glutes and core.

Your muscles will be fatigued by small, targeted, high repetition movements - think pulsing in a squat to target the glutes and quads, cranking out as many triceps kickbacks as possible, or moving through a lively plank sequence.

In addition to building strength, this full-body workout also develops agility and flexibility. In some classes you'll use just the barre and your body weight and in others we'll incorporate tools like resistance bands, free weights and exercise balls. Every class will be catered to your experience levels and personal goals.
