We’re so happy you’ve decided to discover your Heal’r within. All of our Heal’rs are here to assist you as best that we can.


How to book classes

You can book classes directly through your profile via our app on your phone or desktop. Need help? Call us on 03 9007 2657.

Membership perks
Your membership includes more than just our specialised classes.You also receive:
 

  • 10% off 60/75/90-minute therapeutic treatments including massage

  • 10% off Allied Health appointments including Osteopathy

  • 10-15% off workshops and immersions

  • A monthly gift card to use towards our therapeutic treatments (excl. Osteopathy)

  • A FREE monthly 15-minute check in with our Nutritionist/Naturopath/Kinesiologist

  • A FREE annual workshop or immersion

  • Discounts on Heal’r Blends and products

  • Your immediate family receive 5% off therapeutic treatments & Osteopathy appointments


Need to cancel a class?

You can cancel booked classes through your profile via our app on your phone or desktop. Please cancel at least 6 hours before the class starts to avoid being marked as a late cancellation or no show and, most importantly, to give another student the opportunity to book the class.

 

In the event of a late cancellation or no show, you forfeit that class and it will come out of your membership allowance for that day/week.


Need to cancel your membership?

Unless you tell us otherwise, your membership will be automatically-renewed when it expires/is at the end of the term of agreement, and you will be charged the membership fee. If you don’t want to renew your current membership, email discover@healr.com.au at least 14 days before your membership is due to expire/is at the end of the term of agreement.


If you wish to cancel your membership before the expiry date/term of agreement, a cancellation fee will be incurred to reconcile the savings and discounts of the membership. Your cancellation fee will be a 50% payment of whatever amount is still owing on your membership and a processing fee of $69. 

 

In special circumstances, you may be able to transfer your membership to someone else for a $69 processing fee.


To cancel your membership, please email discover@healr.com.au to organise a time to speak or meet in person. Cancellations via email will not be processed. To protect against cyber crimes, we need your in-person authorisation.

Heal’r A Little Class Bundles


Class Bundle perks

Your class bundle includes more than just our specialised classes. You also receive:
 

  • 5% off 60/75/90-minute therapeutic treatments including massage

  • 5% off Allied Health appointments including Osteopathy

  • An annual gift card to use towards our therapeutic treatments (excl. Osteopathy)


Need to cancel a class?

You can cancel booked classes through your profile via our app on your phone or desktop. Please cancel at least 6 hours before the class starts to avoid being marked as a late cancellation or no show and, most importantly, to give another student the opportunity to book the class.

 

In the event of a late cancellation or no show, you forfeit that class and it will come out of your class bundle.


Unused classes in your bundle

When you purchase a class bundle, you have three months to use all of the classes in your bundle. Any unused classes at the end of the three month term of agreement will expire. The only way to save any unused classes is to let your bundle automatically renew after the three month term has been reached. This means you will be automatically charged for a new class bundle and any unused classes from your previous bundle will roll over into this new three month term.

 

When you first purchase your class bundle, you will be verbally told and shown this information about our auto-renew feature and can opt whether to have it switched on or not.

 

If you don’t want your class bundle automatically renewed and are happy to let the unused classes expire, at the time of purchase choose to turn off this auto-renew feature.

 

If you choose to keep the auto-renew feature on, but during the three month term of agreement you choose not to renew your bundle and are happy to let your unused classes expire, please email discover@healr.com.au at least 14 days before your class bundle is due to expire. If you email us less than 14 days before your bundle expiry date, we may not have time to process your cancellation and your automatic renewal may go ahead.


Need to cancel your class bundle?

If you wish to cancel your class bundle before the expiry date/term of agreement, all remaining classes in your class bundle will be forfeited. 

 

In special circumstances, you may be able to transfer your classes to someone else for a $69 processing fee.
