Energis'd Yoga

A stronger more steady yoga flow linking breath and movement to generate heat in the body.

This class is designed to build mental and physical focus, stamina and strength. Through the class, our Heal'r yoga instructor will skillfully guide you, offering modifications and alignment.

If you have current injuries, or are pre/post natal, please contact us to see if this class is suitable for you.

Mix'd Yoga

A slow flow that follows both the modern and traditional philosophy of yoga. Students will be guided through a slower yoga practice that can assist with flexibility and building strength.

A mixture of strong poses with mobilising techniques to iron out the kinks and tight spots in your body, to leave you feeling more centered, connected and grounded. You may also be treated to sound bowls and savasana... ahhh... that calm in our 'busy' lives.

Mix'd Yoga combines breath with fluid movement creating a slow flow, suitable for all levels. Bundl’d suitable.

Restor'd Yoga & Meditation

Our Restor'd yoga classes are considered particularly beneficial for those suffering from anxiety, insomnia, headaches and other stress-related conditions, as well as chronic patterns of pain, whether physical, mental or emotional.

Restorative yoga aims to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest) that slows the heart rate, regulates the blood pressure, relaxes the body, boosts the immune system and accelerates the body's natural healing process.

Much of the time we are trying to let go and when we let go of trying, doing and achieving, our body's healing capabilities switch on.

Stretch'd Yoga

When you need a good stretch or feel stretched in life, Stretch'd is our signature class to improve your posture and increase your flexibility.

Stretch'd is the best of yoga and pilates connecting breathing with stretches to increase flexibility, release tension in your neck, shoulders, back and legs, while helping you understand the difference between stretch and strain.

Without flexibility in our muscles and mobility in our joints, we're more prone to injuries and have poor posture and alignment.

Stretch'd classes aim to stretch out aches and pains that can affect our mental health. A great way to balance your exercise routines and to feel taller and stretched in the right ways.

Sunday Sound Bath Sessions

A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where people lie down and listen to resonant sounds. It often involves singing bowls, which create an echoing sound that 'bathes' people.

Many studies show the benefits of sound healing from a particular frequency. Benefits include regulating and assisting our cognitive and brain function, immune and nervous system, stress and anxiety, as well as digestion and hormones.
