Sooth'd is our signature mindfulness and meditation class designed to restore your physical and emotional balance. Practicing Qi gong and Tai Chi together can lead toward better health, a strengthened vitality and a refined, tranquil state of being.

What to expect
In our Sooth'd restorative class, we combine the soft, circular movements of Tai Chi with the free-form flow of Qi gong focussed on cultivating energy.
We will guide you through a variety of slow, deliberate movements, meditation and breathing exercises. The routines are not designed to burn calories or raise your heart rate, instead to centre you and help increase your focus and awareness.
When done for general health and wellbeing, the effects of Tai Chi and Qi gong are immediately noticeable. After class you will feel relaxed but energised.
