Root'd Green Smoothie
Gluten free, diary-free, egg-free, vegetarian

Try to avoid using frozen ingredients as these can impact your digestion. Green vegetables are packed full of antioxidants, fibre and so many other nutrients.​
Ingredients

½ medium banana

Handful blueberries
-
Handful raspberries
-
1 tbsp almond butter
-
1 cup almond milk
-
1 big handful of greens - use whatever you have on hand! (Heal’r loves spinach, kale, cucumber or silverbeet)

1 tsp Root’d by Heal’r
Method
Add ingredients to blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
