Root'd Green Smoothie

Gluten free, diary-free, egg-free, vegetarian

Try to avoid using frozen ingredients as these can impact your digestion. Green vegetables are packed full of antioxidants, fibre and so many other nutrients.​


  • ½ medium banana 

  • Handful blueberries 

  • Handful raspberries

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 big handful of greens - use whatever you have on hand! (Heal’r loves spinach, kale, cucumber or silverbeet)

  • 1 tsp Root’d by Heal’r



Add ingredients to blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
